How to Backup and Restore Your iPhone to iCloud?

I am feeling lucky as an Apple iPhone user. Guys it is not only my opinion, but all iPhone users think like that. Most people are unaware about the best feature of Apple iPhones which is iCloud. Very few people know about this feature and fewer people actually use iCloud.

The main thing every user has to know about iCloud is, it is not limited storage cloud, if you want to user more iCloud storage, just purchase iCloud plans from iCloud account. iCloud is Apple’s own cloud service and Apple is providing 5GB iCloud space for Apple Smartphone users for free lifetime. Many Apple user facing one problem with iCloud is they don’t know how to backup their iPhone data on Cloud and how to restore their backup from Cloud. Here I will explain with details and easy steps, I hope this article will helpful for everyone.

How to Back Up iOS Devices Using iCloud

  • Open Menu on your iPhone/iPad/iPod
  • Then Go to Settings > iCloud.
  • Then Turn on or off the data you want backed up from the selections and then go to Storage & Back up.
  • Check Under Backup, turn on the switch for iCloud Backup.

  • Here it shows only Apple pre installed Apps. If you want to backup Applications, just select elements from the list & choose installed Apps.
  • Scroll down to Storage & Backup, and click on it.
  • Select like above image, then click on Manage Storage.
  • On this page, it shows a list of applications and data, which you selected before backup. It shows which are in backup file.
  • If you want to choose application, just follow above image, I hope it will helpful to you. When you click on device wait for few seconds for loading pages.
  • The shown page is info, it shows which Applications are using much space in your device. If you want to see all application of your device, just click on Show All. Then you choose from that list, which application you want to choose for backup.
  • Just choose which are informatics and useful to you, if you choose all Applications, it takes much time to backup and restore from cloud and iPhone.
  • Here Application selection is easy, I mean if you don’t want to choose Applications to backup on your device, just swipe right to OFF and swipe left to ON. When you trying to Turn OFF, it shows Delete option also.
  • If you want to know remaining space, just see bottom.
  • Over Wifi Backup and restore easy process, but your mobile full charge and good Wifi signal strength. It is automatic process, if you want to make this manual, just go to iCloud manually by connecting your iPhone or iPad to a Wi-Fi signal and selecting
    Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.

Some people think iCloud is not safe for backup because it needs internet connection. However, if you are serious about network security, another Backup tool introduced here. iStonsoft iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer can backup every thing (Contacts, SMS, Notes etc to computer without any internet connection.) It works once you connect iOS device to computer and click backup. Feel easy?

How to Restore iPhone Using iCloud

  • When launching a new iOS device, a Setup Assistant will automatically ask if you want to “Restore from iCloud Backup.” Choose this option to restore your old iPhone’s data, apps, and settings. It asks only one time.
  • Enter your iCloud credentials or username and password.
  • You’ll see the most recent backups, just choose from that list. I think most of people choose latest one.
  • Don’t open or do on your phone while that progress bar is still doing its thing. iCloud will restore your apps to the version you had rather than the most up-to-date version, unless the previously stored version is no longer available, in which case it defaults to the most recent.

Below Given Will Be Backed Up:

  • TV shows purchased through iTunes (U.S. only)

  • Videos in the Camera Roll
  • App data
  • Home screen and app organization

Below Given Won’t Be Backed Up:
Media files synced from your computer aren’t backed up, but can be restored by syncing with iTunes, which iTunes list is synced with your device.

Apps, books, music, and TV shows that have been subsequently removed from the App Store, iTunes Store, and iBook store since you downloaded or purchased them.

Maybe you can try iStonsoft iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer for backup such type files.

It stores your interests, your relations and favorite things also. Cortana is not a static or fixed assistant, it is continually learning about your world to help make your life better. It shows real time updates of your applications for better usage and performance.

One of main feature of windows mobile is Start background, it is useful to set your favorite picture or photo through certain Tiles & your picture will reflect on your phone. Apple March 2015 Special Event

Apple’s “Spring Forward” special event will take place on Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco at 10am PT, 1pm ET.

While Apple hasn’t provided an agenda for the event, it’s hard not to imagine the Apple Watch will be front and center. Pricing for the Apple Watch and Apple Watch Editions, along with variances for the different size and band options, details on final hardware and software features, and much more remains to be discovered.

Rumors of a MacBook Air update keep circulating, but could just as easily keep this event focused on the Apple Watch. Therefore, two distinct items will take the order of the day; Apple New MacBook and The New Apple Watch

  1. The New MacBook

Monday’s Apple reveal of the new MacBook has some people shaking their heads. The MacBook Air is Apple’s smallest and lightest laptop. It comes in two sizes – 11 and 13 inches. The MacBook Air sports a 1.6 GHz dual core Intel Core i5 processor. The 11 inch model can work without recharging for up to nine hours at a stretch, while the 13 inch model can go an amazing 12 hours without needing to be plugged in.

Other features include Intel HD 6000 graphics, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage capacity, along with 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Thunderbolt 2 and two USB 3.0 ports. The 13 inch model also sports an SDXC card slot for easy photo and video transfer.

Despite the diminutive size and relatively low-speed CPU, the MacBook Air works lightning fast, thanks in part to its reliance on PCIe-based flash storage instead of a traditional hard drive. Indeed, the MacBook Air was the first Mac laptop to offer SSD storage.

  1. Apple Watch

As Apple announced yesterday, the Apple Watch will go up for pre-order on April 10, with the official release date set for April 24, 2015.

Speculations has it that Apple may be gearing up for a new reserve and pickup system for the Apple Watch in its retail stores. With the new system, customers would be able to customize a watch online before trying it on and completing the purchase in-store.

The Reserve and Pickup system for the Apple Watch will differ from the existing Personal Pickup system for other products, which allows customers to fully purchase items online before picking them up at Apple retail locations. The new system will allow potential Watch customers to reserve a desired case and band combination online, then try the specific Watch in-store before completing the purchase.

If this new reserve system is indeed implemented, the ability to customize and reserve a watch combination online before trying it on in-store could help streamline the purchasing process for customers.

The New WatchStand Cost

Griffin has announced WatchStand, a charging dock for the Apple Watch, more than six weeks ahead of the device’s launch.

The first in what Griffin says will be a line of products for the Apple Watch, WatchStand features an angled cradle that will securely hold the watch’s magnetic charger. The central post holds the charger’s cable, with excess cable wrapping around the post.

The base of the WatchStand features an angled lip that holds your phone at an angle, letting it rest against the post. Your iPhone will, of course, need its own charger. The stand will be available this summer for $29.99.
