And you can turn on Do Not Disturb mode when things are just too hectic. Under this situation, you also can receive some calls which you can’t miss. Want to know these new points in details? Just read this article carefully and you’ll get the information systematically.

interface of calling on iphone

Reply with Message

When a call comes in that you can’t answer right away, you can swipe up to reveal options: reply with message and remind me later. You can choose one of them to give a response of the caller. For example, if you choose “Reply with Message”, then your call will be declined immediately and three reset messages will be popped up for your reference. You can choose one of them or you can custom a new message according to your own needs.

Remind Me Later

If you choose “Remind Me Later” when a call comes, then you can set up a time or location in based callback reminder. Just get an alert in an hour or when you leave your current location, arrive at home or get to work. Obviously, three of the options are based on location, and the last two will be available after you adding your residential and company addresses in the address book. After settings, the iPhone will remind you according to your own settings automatically. Cool, right?

Do Not Disturb

This is an all new function of iOS 6. When you turn on this mode, then you’ll suppress all incoming calls and notifications. You can set a recurring time manually and you also can allow calls from your favorites or specific contact groups alternatively.

Don’t worry, you’ll never miss some emergencies. If someone in a hurry to find you and he/she keep calling you for more than three times, then the second call will avoid the “Do Not Disturb” mode and you’ll hear the important phone immediately.
