How to Print to PDF in Photoshop

Tutorials for Printing Images to PDF in Photoshop

Firstly, launch Adobe Photoshop and directly drag your target image files into the program at one time.

Secondly, press “Shift-Ctrl-S” to open a save dialog box. You can select “Photoshop PDF (*PDF; *PDP).” as output format from the “Format” drop-down list. Here, you can click “As a Copy” in the “Save Options” section.

Thirdly, choose a location to preserve the output files and you can type a new file name as you like. After that, you can click “Save > OK > Save Adobe PDF” options. In this area, you have to choose a way for printing according to your own needs.

– High Quality Print: this mode is mainly for a file suitable for printing on a desktop printer.
– Press Quality: for commercial printer suitable document
– Smallest File Size: for a document suitable for sharing online and viewing on a computer screen.

What’s more, there are also presets for creating documents that follow specific ISO standards.

Finally, you can simply press “Save PDF” to finish the whole settings.

Tips: Here, please be noted that if you select the “Smallest File Size” option, then this tool will not make the PDF edtable by default. If you really need to edit files, you can go to “General > Preserve Photoshop Editing Capabilities” to change the setting.
