If you're running iStonsoft Android File Manager on your computer and it can't download the right USB driver to your computer automatically, you can go through this page and find the driver of your Android phones, then get and install it on your computer manually. After that, you can reconnect your mobile phone to the Android Manager program, and we sure it will be successfully recognized.
Note: If your device is one of the Android Developer Phones (purchased from the Google Play Developer Console), a Nexus One, or a Nexus S, then you need the Google USB Driver, instead of an OEM driver. The Galaxy Nexus driver, however, is distributed by Samsung (listed as model SCH-I515).
